  • When Zoom splits one meeting into several recordings, the lesson's transcript now joins all of them in order, instead of keeping whichever finished last.
• Dialogs
  • Long button labels in dialogs wrap inside the dialog instead of spilling out of it. The "No free Zoom licence" dialog stacks its three choices full width, so the account email always fits.
  • The create-lesson dialog shows the invitees heading once, and on phones its teacher row, lesson-format buttons and invitee email field fit in Armenian.

  • Dates show Armenian month names everywhere (lesson lists, the lesson header, the after-lesson autopilot card) instead of "2026 M10 13".

  • A student's lesson page shows the homework task and where it stands: Not sent, Sent (with the date) or Reviewed, from what they post in the lesson's Telegram topic. A lesson with no homework says so, and its send button is greyed out.
  • Teachers can leave a comment for each student on a lesson's homework, and the student reads it on their lesson page under Reviewed.

  • A before & after quiz can have its own intro for the post-assessment link; left empty, the post link keeps showing the pre-assessment intro.

  • The How it works panel is replaced by the tutorial video; Try demo stays, next to New LumiPlay.
• API keys
  • New API keys start with "lumilearn_". Keys you already have, which start with "lumis_", keep working.
  • The base URL, the starter prompt and a newly created key now share one Copy button, inside the top-right corner of each box, that turns into "Copied" when it works.
• Look and feel
  • Cleaner type: one text font, no decorative accents. Accent words in titles now read as part of the heading, and IDs, labels and chips use the same font as the rest of the page. API keys and code examples keep a fixed-width font.
• Lessons
  • The status buttons above the lessons list now run Live, Upcoming, Draft, Completed, then Archived, so what needs attention comes first. "Done" is now called "Completed", and "Drafts" is now "Draft".

• Public Q&A room: the question and reply boxes stay light with readable text when the device is in dark mode.
• Ended lessons
  • A finished lesson with no recording says "Recording not uploaded" instead of promising it after the lesson, and a closed lesson replaces the empty question box with the date questions closed, keeping the student's earlier questions and answers.
• Learner home
  • Lesson progress and course badges now count only the lessons you marked complete; a past lesson you haven't marked says "Ended · not marked" and has a Mark complete button right on the home page.
  • Course Master now needs every lesson in the program completed, and a learner with access to part of a program sees how many lessons they have out of the whole program.
  • Mark complete now works in workspaces with gamification switched off: the lesson counts toward your progress, without points or badges.

  • Switching from the Gantt to the Database, Calendar or Status view right after the calendar opens no longer hides lessons from earlier in the selected week.
• Feedback forms
  • The security check on public feedback forms is enforced again on the live site: a forged check is refused, while a check that cannot load still lets participants send their answers.
  • When the security check cannot load, the form now says so plainly instead of showing a developers' "Local QA mode" message.
  • The 0–10 score scale works with the arrow keys and is a single stop when moving through the form with Tab.
  • Score questions show neutral end labels, "Not at all" and "Extremely", instead of the "likely to recommend" wording meant for the recommendation question.
• Integrations
  • Teachers and learners now have their own integrations page to connect Google Drive, instead of being sent back to their home.
  • Reloading the Integrations page with Test Mode on no longer logs an error.
  • When Notion stops accepting the saved token, the Integrations page and the Notion setup now say Reconnect needed instead of Connected, and the database list explains why.
  • When Slack stops accepting the saved token, the Slack card now says Reconnect needed and explains it in plain words.

• Rename a program or a lesson from its title. A pen icon now sits next to the program name and the lesson name; click it, type the new name and press Enter. Only administrators and the program's creator see the pen.
• A co-taught lesson names every teacher. The feedback page learners open from the QR code lists all of the lesson's teachers instead of only the first one, and the lesson's QR card shows who it collects feedback for, with an Edit teachers button beside the names.
• Choose which Zoom account hosts a lesson. When a workspace has more than one Zoom account, creating a lesson with a Zoom meeting shows a Zoom account picker, preselected with the workspace default. • Teacher names read naturally in Armenian and Russian feedback forms. The question about the teacher kept the name in English letters ("Դուր եկա՞վ Ella Manukyan-ի դասը։"); it now writes the name in the form's own alphabet ("Էլլա Մանուկյանի", "Элла Манукян"). Lessons whose question still has the original wording are corrected automatically; wording you edited yourself is left as you wrote it.
• The security check fits the feedback form on phones. On a narrow screen the Cloudflare check spilled past the right edge of its card; it now switches to its compact size.

• A question library shared by the whole workspace. Type a question on a lesson's feedback tab and suggestions come from every question anyone in the workspace has written before; pick one to reuse it, or write a new one and it is suggested to everyone from then on. Answer type — yes/no, score, open text, single or multiple choice — is chosen as you write it, and each question carries its English, Armenian and Russian wording.
• Editing a question that already has answers creates a new version. The lessons that collected those answers keep the question exactly as their students saw it; the new version is what gets suggested next time. A question nobody has answered yet is simply edited, everywhere it is used.
• Administrators and teachers both write questions. Teachers can edit the ones they wrote; administrators can edit any.
• Teachers set up the feedback form for their own lessons. The lesson page in the teacher portal now carries the same teacher-score block and question library the administrator view has, for the lessons they teach.
• Your workspace now has an AI credit balance. Every AI feature — insights, quiz and roadmap generation, lesson and survey analysis, teacher evaluation, transcription, translations, description suggestions and AI presenter videos — spends credits from one shared balance instead of separate monthly counters. The balance sits in the sidebar and in the mobile header; click it to see the plan and top-up split and when the plan credits reset.
• Settings → Credits shows where the credits went. The balance with its plan and top-up pools, what each feature costs, usage by feature and by member over any date range, and every transaction. Administrators add credits from the same page, as plan credits that reset monthly or as top-ups that never expire.
• AI features tell you the cost before you press. Each AI button shows roughly how many credits it will use; videos and transcriptions are priced per minute.
• The pricing page now explains credits. One balance for every AI feature: what a credit is, what each action costs, the four plans (Free, Premium, School, Institution) with their monthly credits and a rough sense of what those buy, top-up packs that never expire, an example month for a school, and how to pay.
• When the workspace is out of credits, AI features say so. Administrators get an "Add credits" button; teachers are told to ask their administrator; learners see that AI help is paused for now. Nothing is charged for a refused request.
• A Cancellation & Refund Policy page. How to cancel a subscription, when the cancellation takes effect, what happens to your data afterwards and when a refund is available. It is linked from the pricing page and from the other policy pages, and opens without signing in.
• The pricing page shows how you pay. The accepted card marks — ArCa, Visa and Mastercard — sit under the plans, alongside who you are buying from and the currency your card is charged in.

Changed

• The calendar opens on your whole schedule. It used to load with an invisible "open lessons only" filter, so upcoming and draft lessons looked as though they were missing — and on the month grid the board could come up empty. Every lesson now shows by default; narrowing by status is still there in the filter menu when you want it.
• The calendar controls are calmer and easier to scan. View and date controls now sit on one row, search and filters on another, the duplicate row of category buttons has been removed, and the calendar's working labels use a clearer medium weight; categories remain available from the filter menu.
• New lessons start with just the "would you recommend this?" score for each teacher. They no longer arrive carrying a set of questions inherited from the program — you add the ones you want from the question library.
• The per-program question bank is gone. The Feedback Questions tab and the question-bank panel on the lesson page have been replaced by the workspace question library. Nothing you had is deleted, and every lesson keeps the questions already on it.

• The "Tour a program" tutorial video was re-recorded. Its last step used to open the program's Feedback Questions tab; it now opens a lesson's feedback tab and the question library, which is where questions are chosen.
• The monthly per-feature AI limits and the premium upgrade prompts are gone. Insights, quiz generation, roadmap generation and total lesson analysis are governed by the workspace balance alone.

Fixed

• Quiz share links in lessons use the correct address and work immediately. Opening the post-assessment in the lesson workspace now turns the quiz live so learners can answer, and copying the quiz link uses the proper phase address rather than an internal identifier. Opening an older quiz address now forwards directly to the right test instead of showing a page-not-found screen.
• Editing a question in the library works again. Renaming or rewording a question — and the warning that appears when it already has answers — failed with a server error; the question could not be edited at all.
• Lessons without a date appear in Unscheduled. An undated lesson whose saved lifecycle status was still Open or Upcoming used to appear in that status column while the calendar correctly reported it as unscheduled; the column and its count now agree with the calendar indicator.
• A feedback response no longer fails when a question was changed while the form was open. If a question was reworded, had its answer choices changed or was taken off the lesson while someone was filling the form in, pressing Submit lost the whole response — scores and comment included — with an error and no way to recover. The response is now saved; only the answer that no longer has a question is left blank.
• A page that never finishes loading after a new version goes out now rescues itself. Opening or refreshing a page in the minutes after the app was republished could leave it sitting on the loading screen for ever — no error, no message and nothing to click, with a manual refresh the only way out. It now reloads itself once and carries on. If a reload is not what fixes it, it stops there rather than refreshing over and over.
• A crash screen caused by a new version going out now recovers itself. When a page failed because the app had just been republished underneath it, "Something went wrong" appeared and its Try again button could never work — it asked for the same missing file. The page now reloads itself once and carries on, and still shows the error screen rather than reloading over and over if a reload is not what fixes it.
• The public API turns away lesson statuses it cannot save. Creating or updating a lesson with a status such as "draft" or "unscheduled" now gets a clear error listing the allowed statuses, instead of failing with a server error; "in progress", "analyzing", "cancelled" and "on hold" are now accepted.
• Lesson format reads as words. The lesson page for learners and teachers showed the format as "in_person" or "online"; it now says "In-person", "Online" or "Hybrid" in the page's language.
• The Q&A "Answered" badge follows the page language. It was always in Armenian; it now reads "Answered", "Պատասխանված" or "Отвечен" to match the page.
• Naming a new lesson replaces the default. In the create-lesson form, "Lesson N" is now a hint in an empty field, so typing a name no longer tacks it onto "Lesson N"; leaving the field empty still creates "Lesson N".
• The "What's new" window is readable in dark mode. Its yellow header and "Got it" button now keep dark text in dark mode, instead of pale text that almost disappeared against the yellow.
• The Lessons page heading is one phrase again. "Lessons at your workspace" had lost the space between the two halves, so a screen reader announced it as a single run-together word and copying the heading pasted it the same way.
• Survey thank-you and "not found" pages are readable in dark mode. They showed pale text on a white card for visitors using dark mode; they now keep dark text, like the survey page itself.
• Slack reminder settings refuse oversized input. Saving more than 6 reminder times or 100 recipients, or a Slack user id longer than 25 characters, now gets a clear error instead of being accepted.
• The disabled "Evaluate teacher" button is readable. Before a transcript is saved, the button showed pale amber text on an amber fill; it now uses a plain outlined style with legible text.
• Live quiz cards respect the gamification switch. When a quiz has gamification off, the modifier buttons on its card in the Live list are greyed out and can't be clicked, with a note explaining why, instead of looking active for a game that won't use them.
• "Edit questions" in live quiz settings opens the Questions tab instantly. It used to reload the whole page and lose your place; it now switches tabs in place.
• The Telegram card in program settings follows the page language. It was always in Russian; it now reads in English, Armenian or Russian to match the page, including its save messages.
• The tag filter dropdown stays open. On the lessons list, picking a tag no longer shuts the dropdown a second later — a second tag goes in without reopening it.

Removed

• The alternative designs are gone, and everyone is back on the standard one. The design picker and the six alternative looks it offered were a staging-only trial that has served its purpose. Anyone who had chosen a different look for a page will see the standard design there from now on; nothing else about those pages changes, and the trial was never switched on for customers.

Added

• Google Drive on the lesson's Integrations tab. Connect Drive straight from the lesson, see which Google account is linked, and send the lesson's Drive recording — or any Drive video — to Teacher evaluation to be transcribed in one click.
• Send students the lesson pack in one action. A lesson now has a Homework box, and the Integrations tab can send that homework together with the lesson recording and the presentation — by email to the lesson's students and into the lesson's Telegram topic. You see the recipients and the exact message before anything is sent, and when it was last sent.
• Pin the programs your workspace is running right now. A pinned program moves into its own Pinned section at the top of the programs list, for everyone in the workspace rather than just the person who pinned it. Pin or unpin from the program's card; the most recently pinned sits first, and the section is only there when something is pinned. Administrators and a program's creator can pin.
• Every program now keeps its own student list, and you can import it. The Learners tab has a Students section: the people taking the program, with their name, email, phone, Telegram handle and the courses they are on. Paste your rows or choose a CSV file — column headings are recognised automatically, including the ones your existing student sheets already use. Before anything is saved you see exactly what would happen: how many are new, how many are already on the list, and which lines were skipped and why. Students can be added, edited and removed one at a time, and a student marked as dropped stays on the list but stops receiving anything.
• Send now shows you who is getting the lesson pack, and how many. The send dialog lists the students by name with a count at the top, drawn from the program's student list as well as the accounts enrolled in the lesson — each person once, however many places they appear in. If a lesson has nobody to send to, the dialog says so and takes you straight to that program's student list.

Changed

• Privacy policy: an academy can ask for its whole workspace to be deleted. The "How long we keep it" section now says how to request deletion of a workspace and all its data by email, and that we confirm completion within 30 days.

Fixed

• Choosing a recording from Google Drive works whatever Google account the browser is signed into. Google's own chooser refused with a 403 page when the browser was signed into a different Google account from the one linked to LumiLearn; LumiLearn now shows your Drive videos itself, with search and a paste-a-link box, and names the linked Drive account.
• Unsaved question edits survive a tab click. Leaving the Questions tab while editing quiz questions used to discard the edits without a word; the quiz page now asks first, and offers to stay on the tab with the work intact.
• The Google Drive card stops claiming it is connected when it isn't. If the Drive connection has died, the card now says "Reconnect needed" and offers a Reconnect button, instead of showing a green "Connected" over an integration that fails everywhere else in the app.
• "Verify Connection" actually verifies. It used to re-read the stored connection and always report success; it now makes a live call to Google and tells you what really happened, including asking you to reconnect when that is the fix.
• Saving a quiz as a copy keeps its questions. The copy was created with its title and an empty question list, with no warning that anything had been lost.
• Selected answers, active sections and busy buttons now announce themselves. In a live quiz the answers you have picked are announced as selected — which matters most on questions where you choose several before submitting. The lesson page's section list says which section you are on, the lesson table's filter and view buttons say which is active, its clear-search button has a name, and "Mark complete" says it is working instead of going quiet.

Fixed

• The release picture shows in full. The "What's new" image was cropped to a strip on laptops; it now shows whole, and the dialog fits one screen.
• Pages fit a phone screen. The teacher home's evaluation trends, the quiz and live-quiz header buttons, and the lesson page header no longer run off the right edge on phones.
• Speaking pace reads in words per minute. The teacher trends card showed pace as "202 /100"; it now says "202 wpm", and the trend reads "Teacher is stable" instead of shouting it.
• "1 question", not "1 questions". The question count on a quiz uses the right word for one, in English, Armenian and Russian.

Added

• The "What's new" notice can carry a picture. A release can now open with an image above its list of changes.
• Lesson status menu. The lesson page now has an Upcoming / Open / Closed menu, so a teacher can open a lesson's live Q&A and feedback at the start of class, or reopen a closed one.
• One quiz workspace, wherever you open it. A quiz now looks and works the same whether you open it on its own or inside a lesson: a pre/post journey header showing what is unlocked, tabs for overview, questions, settings and analytics, an editable title and status, a collapsible summary rail, sharing with separate before and after links, and launching a live round.
• Lessons without a teacher. Lessons can now be imported and created without requiring an assigned teacher up-front. Notion sync no longer blocks or skips lessons that do not have a teacher assigned yet, and bulk import no longer asks for a teacher.
• Retroactive teacher feedback attribution. Lessons created without a teacher can collect student feedback normally. When a teacher is assigned post-factum, the collected feedback and NPS ratings are automatically credited to the newly assigned teacher.
• Several Zoom accounts per workspace, with a chosen default host. The Integrations page lists every connected Zoom account with its health, lets an administrator pick which one hosts new meetings, connect another account, or disconnect one. Zoom asks for the default host to be handed over before it can be removed, and a connection that is missing permissions says so instead of failing quietly.
• New lessons suggest a Zoom meeting. The "Create Zoom meeting" box is pre-checked whenever a working Zoom account exists; meetings spill over to the next account when one host has reached Zoom's daily limit. Imported and AI-planned lessons get meetings too when the workspace setting is on.
• Lessons with a Zoom link find and show their recording automatically. After the lesson, the cloud recording is located across all connected accounts and appears on the lesson page with its passcode; the recording link also fills the lesson's video field when it was empty. "Fetch recording now" runs the search on demand.
• "Find recording" for any lesson. Browse cloud recordings from every connected Zoom account, grouped by day with the lesson's day first, search by topic or host, and attach one in a click — including recordings the pipeline could not match on its own.
• Per-account Zoom health on Integrations. Each account shows Healthy or Reconnect needed, and the card counts lessons still waiting for their recording.
• Product analytics. LumiLearn now records how people arrive and which features they use — sign-in and sign-up, the roadmap, content, quiz and avatar generators, teacher evaluation, and every student-facing page (feedback forms, surveys, quizzes, live quizzes, Q&A rooms, the learner portal) — using an internal id, role and workspace only, never a name, email, answer or transcript.
• Session replay, capped and masked, with a per-workspace switch. A limited number of screen recordings per day and per month help us see where people get stuck; everything typed, every answer and every transcript is masked, sign-in and settings pages are never recorded, and an administrator can turn recordings off for their whole workspace under Integrations. The privacy policy explains what is collected.

• A warmer learner workspace. The home and lesson pages now use LumiLearn’s outlined pastel cards, with a course roadmap, schedule progress, Telegram shortcuts, clear material availability and an inline question form.
• Partner report links have the new warm, playful look. The report opens with the partner's name and a before-and-after illustration, each analysis section is a numbered, colour-coded card, and expired or revoked links show a matching notice. Works in light and dark mode and on phones.

Fixed

• The partner report fits a phone. The class overview and the per-topic movement no longer hide columns off the side: on phones each learner becomes a card with its question marks wrapping under the name, and each topic becomes a stacked row with its improved / same / worsened counts in view. A learner's detail panel now opens in the report's own warm look instead of the plain app panel.
• Program materials and roadmap history now follow the teacher, not the browser. Folders, files, links and generated roadmap proposals are stored in the workspace instead of on one computer, so a second device, a colleague on the same program, or a cleared browser shows the same materials. Anything already saved in a browser is carried up the first time that program is opened, and the browser copy is left untouched.
• Close lesson explanation is no longer cut off. Hovering over the info icon next to "Close lesson" on the lesson dashboard now displays a full portalled tooltip above the button rather than being clipped by the card's boundary.
• One recording player on a Zoom lesson's teacher evaluation. The transcription card no longer shows the same audio, Zoom link and "transcribed" notice twice: the recording sits in one panel with its Zoom link and passcode, and the Zoom tab keeps only the meeting and its controls. The card also has a warmer, friendlier look, and meeting IDs read the way Zoom prints them.
• Filtering lessons by tag keeps the tags you pick, and counts them correctly. In a workspace with many lessons, picking a tag could silently lose it again — the tag's chip never appeared, or a second tag dropped off moments after being chosen — and the number beside the list could fall back to counting the whole workspace instead of the filtered lessons. Both are fixed: the filter keeps what you chose, and the count always matches what the filter is showing.
• The update count reads correctly for a single change. The "What's new" dialog and the changelog page now say "1 update" instead of "1 updates", with the right word forms in Russian.
• Live Q&A no longer misses questions and comments sent while it is connecting. A question asked in the first seconds of a session, or while a viewer's connection drops and returns, now appears without reloading the page.
• The quiz question editor works again on the standard look. Teachers on the default theme could open a quiz's Questions tab but not add, edit or delete a question; the editor is back.
• The live-quiz settings are reachable again on the standard look. Pace, late joining, shuffling, how results are shown, all five scoring modifiers and the full LumiCoin reward catalogue were unreachable on the default theme.
• The quiz walkthrough video is back on the standard look.
• A Zoom recording that cannot be matched to a lesson now says so. The teacher saw an empty state that read as "no recording exists" while the file sat in the Zoom account; the lesson's Zoom tab now names the problem and offers to pick the right recording.

Fixed

• Partner report links now show the full quiz results analysis. Partners see the same group report, per-question movement, class overview, learner progress (with each learner's detail) and per-topic movement as the in-app results, read-only, headed by the program's partner name. Each learner shows their email, with their name above it when they have an account.
• Expired partner links no longer appear in the quiz's active link list, and a revoked link now tells the partner it was revoked.

Fixed

• Pre and Post Evaluation participant screens now display in complete, natural Armenian when participant language is set to Armenian. English text ("You are all set", "Your before answers are saved", "What happens next", "Before vs after", "Got it, thanks!", "Share my growth", etc.) is fully replaced with idiomatic Armenian copy across the experience and all 6 participant design variants.

Fixed

• Telegram homework on a lesson not held yet says "Upcoming", as the program grid does. The lesson's Feedback tab no longer lists students as "Not checked yet" before the lesson has happened. A student whose name starts a word with an emoji no longer breaks the lesson and program homework pages' first load.

Added

• A "What's new" notice after every release. The first time you open LumiLearn after a release, a dialog shows what changed in that version — for administrators, teachers and learners alike — with a "Got it" button and a link to the full changelog. It appears once per person per release; dismissing it also clears the Changelog dot in the sidebar.
• Filter lessons by AI avatar video and by teacher evaluation. The lessons list filter now has "Has AI avatar video" and "Has teacher evaluation", so lessons with a finished avatar video or a finished evaluation are one click away.

Fixed

• Telegram group admins are no longer counted as students. The group's owner, administrators and posts sent on behalf of the group or a linked channel are left out of homework checks, counts, the program grid, the leaderboard and the member total.
• Homework for a lesson that hasn't happened yet is no longer a miss. Such lessons show "Upcoming — lesson not held yet" in the program grid and leaderboard, don't lower anyone's completion or streak, and the lesson's homework block says when the lesson is. Lessons without a date count as held.
• The release notice now reaches everyone. The Changelog dot could be silently marked as seen before a person ever opened the app, so a release could pass unnoticed; teachers and learners had no release notice at all. Both now see the What's new dialog and the dot lights up reliably.
• A lesson with no Telegram topic no longer says everyone "never posted". Its Integrations card shows no homework numbers until a topic is mapped, and "never posted" only counts members who have never written in the group.
• Program homework columns read "31 of 38 checked" beside the percentage, so the count and the percentage share the same base; the member count stays on the Students tile.
• Telegram homework copy fixes. The Members tile on a lesson's homework block is readable in dark mode, a program with no topics says so about the program instead of "This lesson", and topic lists say "1 message" instead of "1 messages" in English, Armenian and Russian.
• Homework no longer marks people who never wrote in a lesson's topic as "Not submitted". After a check they show as "No messages in topic" — their own count and mark on the lesson homework block, the program grid and the leaderboard. Completion still counts only the people whose messages were checked, and a lesson with no messages ends a leaderboard streak.
• A Telegram bot can only be connected to one workspace at a time. Connecting a bot that is still live in another workspace now says so instead of splitting its group's homework between the two, and disconnecting a bot another workspace still uses no longer stops that workspace's tracking.
• Map a Telegram topic straight from a lesson's Feedback & Surveys tab. The homework block now has the topic picker itself instead of sending you to Integrations, and a topic picked on either tab shows up on the other right away.
• Real-time quiz cards show the join code of a running session again. The Live and quiz hub lists showed every quiz as not running, so the code was missing from the card and pasting a code into search found nothing.

Added

• Invite people to a lesson's calendar event through the API. POST /api/v1/lessons now accepts a list of email addresses to invite alongside the lesson's teachers, who are invited automatically as before.
• Invite people to a lesson's calendar event when you create it. The add-lesson dialog now has a calendar invitee list: pick anyone in the workspace or type a guest's address. The lesson's teachers are always invited, and they are shown as fixed entries so it is clear who is already on the event.
• Add or remove a lesson's invitees from the lesson itself. The Google Calendar card on a lesson now has the full invitee editor, not just the list: pick anyone in the workspace or type a guest's address, save, and the event is updated. Re-sending invites no longer clears the answers people have already given.
• Edit a lesson's invitees and send the invites by hand. A lesson's Google Calendar card lists everyone the event invites, with a count, and a "Send calendar invites" button that creates or updates the event on demand — useful for a lesson that already exists. It tells you when the calendar account behind the program needs reconnecting or when the lesson still has no date and time.
• Decide per program whether lessons go to Google Calendar automatically. Program settings now carry an auto-send choice with three states: follow the workspace default, always on, or always off — so a program can opt out without being re-defaulted later.
• A workspace default for calendar invites. The Integrations page's Google Calendar card now sets whether new lessons are sent to Google Calendar automatically, and which connected Google account the events are created under.

Fixed

• The quizzes page no longer shows "0 questions" (or missing completions and scores) for newer quizzes in workspaces with more than a thousand quiz questions.
• Signing in from the landing page no longer bounces back to the landing page; you land in your workspace (or the workspace chooser) straight away.
• The API example on the landing page showed the wrong key prefix, so a reader copying it built a request that could never authenticate.

Changed

• The home page now shows the warm, playful landing design; the previous product-led page stays available at /landing?v=2.
• The playful landing page is now built around the eight real product recordings: the slots that had no footage are gone, the one hand-drawn mock panel is replaced by the recording it stood in for, and each clip is shown at its true shape so nothing is cropped.
• The product-led landing page's illustrations are now faithful miniatures of the real screens — the dashboard, the feedback form and its AI themes, the Q&A room, the class quiz grid and the Live Quiz stage, the evaluation scores, the roadmap and video panel, the learner's achievements, the calendar and the integrations — instead of the invented widgets drawn before.
• The two landing designs are now genuinely different pages rather than one layout in two colour schemes. The playful one tells the story in three acts — during the lesson, straight after it, and before you teach it again — while the product-led one opens with a workspace tour and closes on a pilot brief. They share no section order, no headings and no repeated card shape.
• Each landing now plays its own recordings. The three demo films that show an invented interface rather than the live product were rebuilt twice, once in each landing's visual language, and filmed separately, so the product on screen in a clip matches the page around it. Same script, same figures and same timing in both, so the two versions stay comparable.

Added

• Clear out test attempts from quiz results. A quiz's results grid now has a delete control on each participant's row, so the runs left behind while testing a quiz can be removed one at a time. Deleting a row removes that person's answers with it and the accuracy and completion figures are recalculated without them. Only the lesson's teacher and workspace administrators can do it, and every deletion is confirmed first and recorded in the activity log.
• Invitations and join-request replies in your language. Lesson invitations, team invitations and the approve/decline reply to a join request are now written in the language of the person who sends them — English, Armenian or Russian, following the dashboard language they are working in. Names, dates, times, links and your own message are passed through untouched. Anyone working in English sees exactly the emails they saw before.
• Quiz emails in your participants' language. A quiz now carries the language its participants read — English, Armenian or Russian — set on the quiz's Settings tab. The confirmation after the before-quiz, the results and growth report after the after-quiz, and their subject lines are all written in that language; the teacher's own titles and lesson names are left exactly as written. Existing quizzes stay English until someone changes them.
• The quiz screens themselves in your participants' language. The public quiz a participant opens is now written in the language the quiz carries — English, Armenian or Russian: the welcome and email screen, the countdown, the questions and their prompts to answer, every "please choose…" message, the finish and results screens, the lesson-by-lesson breakdown, the share and download buttons and the shareable growth image. Titles, question wording and lesson names stay exactly as the teacher wrote them, and a quiz left in English reads exactly as it did.
• The after-quiz stays shut until you open it. A before/after quiz now has a switch for the after-quiz. Until it is on, the confirmation email carries no "take the post-assessment" button and the link itself shows a short "not open yet" note instead of the quiz, so a cohort cannot sit both halves in one sitting. Quizzes that already existed keep their after-quiz open, so links already handed out are unaffected.
• See your own lesson the way a student sees it. A teacher or administrator can open their material in the student view without enrolling: the lesson opens even though they are on no roster for it, a banner says plainly that this is the student view and nothing is being recorded, and links from there stay in it. No lesson is marked complete, no points, no streak and no study time are recorded for them — not from the page, and not from anywhere else. A quiz opened this way can be taken end to end and scored, and none of it is kept: no attempt, no answers, no points, and it does not spend one of the learner retakes.
• Retakes for signed-in learners. A teacher can now say how many times a signed-in learner may take a quiz and how long they wait in between. The learner sees how many attempts are left, and when a wait is on, when the next one opens — and a learner with none left is told before answering anything rather than after. The attempt starts when they press Start, which fixes that attempt's questions even if the quiz is edited meanwhile. Quizzes shared as a public link are unchanged: still one attempt per email address, and the before/after comparison works exactly as before.
• One bad day no longer kills a streak. Hit your weekly goal and you bank a streak freeze, up to three. If you then miss a day, a freeze is spent automatically to bridge it and the streak carries on — the saved day shows on the week rail. A gap too wide for the freezes you hold spends nothing, and today is never covered while there is still time to show up.
• Your daily goal ring now measures real minutes. The ring counts the time actually spent with a lesson open against the workspace's daily goal in minutes, instead of standing in with points; the activity strip shows the minutes behind each day.
• A week rail that tells studying apart from saving. The week now shows each day as studied, covered by a streak freeze, or empty, with the freezes you have left shown beside your streak.
• Moments worth a moment. A short message appears when a badge lands, when the day's goal closes and when a streak reaches 3, 7, 14, 30, 50 or 100 days — plus a nudge when a live streak has nothing on the board yet today. Badges earned before you opened the page are never announced as new.
• Time spent reading a lesson now counts. Minutes accrue while a lesson page is open in front of you, so a day spent studying keeps the streak alive and shows real minutes even when nothing was marked complete. Time stops when the tab is in the background, several open tabs still count once, and a day tops out at four hours.
• A public landing page at the site root for visitors who are not signed in: what LumiLearn does, the self-evolving feedback loop, a tour of all eight feature areas, pricing highlights and a way to start free or book a pilot. Demo-video slots sit beside each feature — six play existing tutorials and five are labelled with the recording still wanted.
• A sitemap listing the public pages (home, pricing, changelog) for search engines.
• Design variants: a small floating arrow lets you try alternative designs of most pages and vote for your favourite; your choice is remembered.
• Every alternative design in the product is now selectable on staging — the live quiz player screens, speech evaluation, settings, video and pricing were the last ones left out, and they are all in.
• Programs, Lessons and the program detail page each gained the full set of alternative designs, so those pages can be compared and voted on like the rest.
• On a page built from several parts, one click applies the same design to every part at once, and one more puts the whole page back to the original.
• The reveal now shows how many LumiCoins an answer paid, beside the points it scored. The two are earned at different rates — a four-question quiz pays 60 points and 84 coins for the same fast correct answer — so a player who read the points headline previously watched their wallet climb by a different number with nothing on screen to explain it.
• Players now see the countdown to the next question while the answer is being revealed — the same clock the teacher's screen is counting — instead of an open-ended "waiting…".
• Buying and playing a card in a live quiz is now visible. The price lifts off the coin wallet as a red "−25" and the wallet pulses, so a purchase is something the player sees leave their pocket rather than a number that quietly differs a moment later; selling floats the refund back in green the same way. Playing a card raises a short flash across the middle of the screen with the card's own colour, its name and the rule it just switched on — which matters most for the cards whose effect is invisible on the board, like a streak shield or double points. Buying a face-down Mystery card shows the same flash, and that is where its identity is revealed.
• Live quizzes are now played with the LumiCoin card shop (on by default for every quiz, including ones saved before it existed; switch it off per quiz in the live settings tab). Every question deals a hand of three cards to each player, drawn from an eighteen-card roster across five tiers: Common cards give one small nudge (a bigger speed bonus, cross out a wrong option, five more seconds, extra coins), Uncommon cards change the odds (50/50, keep your streak, a guaranteed 40% even if you are wrong, a lens that lights up two options), Rare cards change the outcome (second chance, freeze the clock, double points, 2.5x for answering in four seconds, or swap the question for a different one), Epic cards are permanent and last the rest of the game (+20% points, +50% coins, an automatic streak shield every third question, or a free 50/50 every time your streak breaks) — you can only hold one, so it is a real choice. The single Legendary, the Golden Ticket, makes every card in the shop free for the rest of the game. The third slot has much better odds of something rare, and gets better still over the closing half of the quiz. Some cards arrive face-down as a cheaper Mystery — always of the tier its border shows, so a cheap Common mystery can never hide an Epic. Players hold up to two cards and play them on whichever question they choose, or sell one back for part of what they paid. Coin payouts and prices scale with the length of the quiz, so a five-question blitz and a fifty-question marathon both pay for about the same amount of shopping, and everyone starts with enough to buy something early.
• Players who fall well behind the class now get a comeback boost: their correct answers are worth 20–30% more and cards cost a tenth of the usual price, until they have caught back up — at which point everything quietly returns to normal.
• Live quizzes can now finish with a Redemption round (off by default). When the questions are over, each student is given back only the ones they got wrong, one at a time, for half points and up to three tries each. The results screen reports both what they knew first time and what they know by the end.
• LumiCoins are a separate wallet from the score: they are earned by answering and spent on cards, so buying a card never costs a player their place on the leaderboard.
• Feedback forms now ask one score question per teacher: participants on a co-taught lesson rate each teacher separately (or both at once when the lesson is set up that way), every score is required before sending, and manual entry takes the same per-teacher scores. Each teacher's score is stored on its own, so teacher pages can show a teacher's own number; the lesson-level score becomes the average when a form carries more than one.
• The lesson page now shows the feedback form in the open instead of behind a collapsed "Customize" toggle. Its teacher score questions sit in their own "Teacher scores" block at the top: each card names the teacher(s) it scores (locked to the one teacher on a single-teacher lesson, a multi-select on co-taught lessons where one score can cover both), and its wording is editable in English, Armenian and Russian with a working auto-translate. Cards can be added or removed down to one, and a teacher on the lesson with no score question gets a gentle nudge.
• Every new lesson now owns its feedback form from the start: one score question per teacher plus the program's default questions. Changing a lesson's teachers keeps those score questions in step, and a form with no score question is rejected instead of silently falling back to the program's questions.
• A live quiz's Settings tab is now a full console for how the game plays, instead of only saying that it is a live quiz. Pace (a countdown per question, or one clock for the whole set, with presets and a slider), flow (auto-advance after the answer or wait for the host, late join, shuffle questions), results (reveal after each question or only at the end, leaderboard full or top five), all scoring modifiers, and a Draft / Open / Closed control the live quiz never had. Every choice is saved as you make it and is applied to each new session hosted from that quiz.
• Two more scoring modifiers: No consolation (a wrong answer is worth nothing instead of 10 points) and Time pressure (every question runs for 60% of its set time). Each modifier now carries its own mark and a line saying exactly what it does to the score, on the settings screen and on the card.
• Press Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows) anywhere in the app to open a search box that jumps you where you want to go: any page, the create-program and create-quiz flows, and your programs, lessons, quizzes and teachers by name. Arrow keys move, Enter opens, Esc closes — and there is a Search button in the sidebar and the teacher/learner header for the same thing on a phone. Everyone only ever sees what their own role can already open.
• Live quizzes now carry scoring modifiers, toggled straight from the card: streaks (escalating bonus for consecutive correct answers), double points (answers in the closing stretch of the game count twice), and a speed bonus (+10 points for a correct answer in the first 5 seconds). Each quiz keeps its own set, so every session hosted from it plays by the same rules — and the rules are now actually applied when the game scores an answer, frozen at the moment the session starts so a mid-game edit cannot re-price answers already given.
• A new "Liquid Glass" color theme: frosted, translucent panels and menus over a soft iridescent gradient, in both light and dark mode. Pick it from the palette menu in the sidebar.
• Every color theme's dark mode has been redesigned: instead of one muddy near-black shared by all themes, each theme now sits on a deep base in its own hue — warm brown for Warm Amber, deep green for Forest, navy-teal for Ocean, rosewood for Watermelon, deep violet for Coolors, and so on — with cards clearly lifted off the background and more visible borders. Dark mode also gains an ambient glow behind the page, a gradient sheen and soft coloured glow on cards and menus, and glowing primary buttons — all in the theme's hue. In light mode, cards pick up a whisper of the theme's accent color and a soft tinted shadow. (Liquid Glass keeps its own frosted treatment.)
• The teacher dashboard's score panel now also shows "NPS per lesson" — each lesson's own NPS summarized across lessons, median by default and switchable to the mean, always saying how many lessons it covers. The overall NPS number in the headline row is unchanged.
• A teacher's own home and the admin's view of that teacher now show the same dashboard. What the admin sees on a teacher's profile is what the teacher sees at home — KPIs, score statistics, speech evaluation and the lesson list all match, with admin-only controls staying admin-only.
• A "Typical score" tile shows the teacher's median score out of 10 (switchable to the mean), always alongside how many responses it rests on, with a "low sample" flag under ten. It sits next to a score-distribution chart covering all responses ever — the classic NPS number is untouched and stays the headline.
• An "Evaluation overview" sums up all of a teacher's speech evaluations: how many were run, when the first and last happened, the average filler-word rate, an all-time tally of their most frequent filler words, and average/median per analyzer. When there are no evaluations yet — or the evaluation service is down — the section says so instead of disappearing.
• Evaluation trend charts now appear for teachers on their own home page, not just for admins.
• The lesson list on both views is sortable (date, name, program, score, responses) and searchable, with a program filter; each lesson row shows its score, response count and a low-sample flag.
• Live Quiz lobby now includes an interactive live chat & reactions feed allowing participants and host to send real-time floating emojis and greetings while waiting for the game to begin.
• Live Quiz host lobby now features a Telegram share button and quick-open action to send join links directly into the program's Telegram group or any Telegram chat.
• Program settings now include a dedicated Telegram Group / Channel configuration card for associating a Telegram group with the program.
• The sidebar's Changelog entry now shows a small dot when a release has shipped since you last opened the changelog. Opening the changelog clears it — on every device you use, until the next release.
• A quiz now says how it is run: Before & after (two links, one before the lesson and one after) or Live quiz (in class, join by PIN). Pick it when you create the quiz, change it any time in the quiz's settings, and the quiz page shows only what that mode actually uses. Existing quizzes stay Before & after; a quiz you only ever hosted live is moved to Live quiz for you.
• A live quiz's page now shows what a host needs before pressing start — the address learners type, a QR code for the projector, how many questions are in play and roughly how long the game runs — plus every past session with its players, accuracy, winner and a link to its report. Questions with no correct answer are marked as skipped in play, so the question count is never a surprise mid-lesson.
• The Quizzes page is easier to read at a glance. The three sections — Pre-Post quizzes, Real-Time quizzes and Analytics — are now labelled cards that say what each one is for, and the quiz list has been rebuilt: every quiz is a single row carrying its status, phase, three key numbers and the program's own banner artwork with the lesson name.
• Clicking a quiz opens a quick view instead of a full page load. It holds the Pre and Post learner links with copy and open buttons, the quiz's numbers, links through to the program and the lesson, a button to open or close the quiz, and a second click through to the full quiz page.
• Each quiz gets its own icon. Pick from twelve marks and twelve colours in the quick view, or leave it and the quiz keeps a stable icon chosen for it.
• Eight new program banner patterns — gradient mesh, dot matrix, blueprint grid, layered waves, topography, diagonal stripes, hex weave and terrazzo — alongside the original pastel set, in Settings → Banner → Patterns.

Fixed

• Comments in the exported sheet hold only what the participant wrote. Every open-ended question now has its own column, headed by the question itself, so a cell carries the answer and nothing else — the question is no longer repeated in front of each comment.
• The feedback form names the lesson's current teacher. Changing the teacher on a lesson used to leave the previous teacher's name in the question asking how likely participants are to recommend their lesson. The question now follows the teacher, and lessons already showing the wrong name correct themselves the next time the form is opened. A question whose wording was edited by hand is left exactly as it was written.
• AI answers now come back in the language you are reading. Insights, feedback and survey analyses, suggested lesson descriptions and Q&A answers used to follow the language of the transcript, the comments or the previous message — so an Armenian recording handed an English-reading teacher an Armenian summary, and the other way round. The interface language now travels with each request and is followed for every reply, whatever language the material is in. Learner quotes are still shown in the words they were written in, and roadmap and quiz generation still follow the teacher's chosen content language.
• The pricing page and public legal pages now use the LumiLearn name.
• Search engines can read the site's robots.txt and sitemap again; both used to be redirected to the login page.
• Add a Telegram topic by link. A topic the bot has never seen a message in — one created before the bot joined, say — can now be added by pasting its link (or just its thread number) into the group card in Integrations or into the Telegram card of a lesson. It appears at once as "Topic N", is renamed the first time someone posts in it, and can be mapped straight away; a topic already listed is pointed out rather than duplicated.
• Map a topic from inside the lesson. Every "Map a topic" link — the header chip, the empty homework block, the program's Homework tab — now opens that lesson's own Integrations section, where the Telegram card offers a picker of the group's still-unmapped topics next to the add-by-link box. On the Integrations page the per-topic picker reads Maps to lesson, with a line explaining that each topic maps to one lesson and that mapping from inside a lesson works too, and a hint on what to do when a topic is missing.
• A playful homework dashboard on the lesson page. The flat submitted / not-submitted line is now a ring of three colours — submitted, not submitted, never posted — over the group's real size, sticker tiles with the counts, a strip of one marker per member, and the student roll beneath it, where a row the bot has hearted wears a small ❤.
• The Telegram bot can now react with ❤ on homework: seconds after a student posts in a mapped lesson topic, AI judges whether the message is a homework submission (an attachment, a link to their work, code, or a substantive answer — never a bare "done" or a question) and the bot hearts it. Running Check homework keeps the hearts in sync with the teacher's verdicts. Off by default; an admin turns it on per workspace in Integrations → Telegram.
• A Comments tab now sits on the right edge of every page inside the app. Click it, write what is confusing, broken or missing on the page you are looking at, and send — it reaches the LumiLearn team with the page you were on attached.
• The Comments panel now shows the comments already left on the page you are on, under the box you write in, each with where it stands — sent, handled or archived. An administrator sees everything written about that page; everyone else sees only their own comments. Sending no longer closes the panel: your comment appears in the list underneath it.
• The Comments inbox is now grouped by page, so everything anyone has written about one screen sits together under that screen's name instead of scattered down a single list.
• Students can now see what they got right and wrong. The final screen of a live quiz has a Details button: it opens every question of the run with the student's own answer and the correct one marked, so the game ends on a review instead of a score. It is on by default and switches off in a quiz's live settings (Results → Students can review their answers), or in Game rules before a game starts, for a paper you are about to reuse with the next group.
• The live-quiz host screen now shows what this game plays by. A strip of icons above the PIN says whether gamification, the LumiCoin card shop, the redemption round, late join, shuffling and the top-5 leaderboard are on or off, how long a question runs, how long the reveal is held, when students see results, and how many modifiers and cards are in play. Game rules opens the full panel, where every one of them can be changed before the game starts — including modifiers and individual cards, which the host screen never offered. Once the first question opens the rules are frozen and the panel becomes a read-only reference.
• Design variants (staging only, behind the experiment flag): every admin page now offers six alternative designs alongside the original, each rethought around the job the page does rather than re-skinned — the dashboard home, calendar, lessons list and create-lesson form, program create, quizzes list and quiz detail, reports, teachers list and teacher detail. The teacher portal's home, lesson, feedback and programs pages get the same treatment. Cycle designs with the floating arrow in the bottom-right corner and thumbs-up the one you prefer.
• The program's Homework tab now opens on a leaderboard: students ranked by lessons submitted, with a medal for the top three, a completion meter, one dot per lesson (submitted, not submitted, not checked, no topic), a streak flame and the time of the last submission; a row expands to every lesson's verdict and its Telegram message. The lesson × student register is one click away under Grid, and the page remembers which view you prefer. The lesson page's homework block is the same leaderboard for that one lesson — submitted first, reason beside each name — and the Telegram card in Integrations shows the submitted tally.
• Every lesson now has an Integrations section: one card each for Telegram, Zoom, Google Drive, Google Calendar and Slack, showing whether the workspace is connected, what this lesson holds (meeting ID and join link, recording, calendar sync, reminder settings), and a button to the place it is edited. The Telegram card does the work in place: pick the group, map this lesson's topic, see the message count and last check, and run Check homework — no trip to Settings needed.
• Check homework is hard to miss now: a lesson with a mapped Telegram topic shows a Homework chip in its header with the last check time and a Check now button, and each lesson column in the program's Homework tab has its own Check now.
• The Telegram card's program and lesson pickers are now searchable: type a few letters to filter a hundred-item list, use the arrow keys and Enter to pick, and clear a mapping with one click.
• Narrated slide videos are now animated decks. Instead of the presenter being pasted into the corner of a flat slide image, the slides are drawn as a moving deck — titles and bullets arrive as they are spoken, charts draw themselves — with the presenter standing over them. Pick one of four looks, an accent colour, and which side the presenter stands on. (Staging only for now.)
• A finished presentation can be re-made for free. Try another look re-rolls the design and Rewrite slides lets the AI rework the titles, bullets and charts. The presenter's recording is reused in both, so nothing is filmed again and nothing is billed; up to five re-makes a day per video.
• Animated presentations get a cover image again: the first person to play one saves a frame from it as the thumbnail.
• Programs with a Telegram group get a Homework tab: a register of lessons across and students down, each cell one of four marks — submitted, not submitted, not checked yet, or no topic mapped — with completion per lesson, the last check time, and a click-through to the exact Telegram message. On the lesson page, a Check homework button sends the topic's messages to the AI and lists who submitted and why; a lesson with no topic yet shows who has been posting in the group's unmapped topics instead.
• Telegram joins the Integrations page. Paste a bot token from BotFather, add the bot to your forum group as an admin, and the group appears in the card with a program picker; post one message in each lesson topic and the topics appear with a lesson picker and message counts. The card says plainly that tracking starts when the bot joins (earlier messages are never seen), that edits update and deletions never arrive, and shows whether Telegram is currently delivering updates.
• Deleted Telegram messages no longer count as homework. Telegram never tells a bot about deletions, so a removed submission used to stay in every count and in what the AI was shown. Now, whenever the bot tries to heart a message that is gone, the message is marked deleted and dropped from every count, every check and the AI's context; the helper text says plainly that this only happens for messages the bot had reacted to.
• The privacy step stops saying "not done" when it is done. The Telegram card recognises that a bot which is an admin in every detected group sees every message, and shows step 1 as Done — admin bots see every message whatever BotFather says; when the bot is not an admin, the setting is re-checked with Telegram every five minutes and on Refresh instead of once at connect time, and the step explains that Telegram applies a privacy change only after the bot is removed and re-added to the group.
• The empty homework standings on a program with no mapped topic now link to the first lesson without a topic, not to the general Integrations page.
• The LumiCoin card shop has moved off the question screen and into its own break between questions. The beat is now the same in every live quiz: answer, three seconds on your result, five seconds in the shop, next question. Buying and answering no longer share one countdown — the shop used to sit above the answer options while the clock ran, so it was either ignored by anyone racing the speed bonus or it ate the question. The break's screen shows the three cards dealt for the question you are about to see, your hotbar (so a full hand can be sold out of), and its own five-second timer. In a quiz where each question has its own time limit, those seconds are added to the gap you already set between questions; nothing new to configure.
• Cards that the other rules leave nothing to act on are no longer sold. With the Streak modifier off, the Streak Shield, Immunity Idol and Phoenix Blessing protected a streak nobody was paid for; in a quiz played on one total clock, Time Freeze and +5s stopped or stretched a countdown the player was not on. Super Speed is the Speed bonus modifier's +10 made bigger, so with that modifier off it went too. All six are now taken out of the shop and the power-up deal whenever their rule is off, the settings screens show them greyed out with the reason, and the teacher's own tick is kept so the card returns the moment the rule is switched back on. Turning streaks off now also stops the streak bonus in LumiCoins, not only in points.
• Switching the LumiCoin card shop off now switches every purchasable ability off with it. Cards are bought with LumiCoins; with the shop off there was nothing to buy them with, yet the older power-up deal kept offering them. Now the shop is the one switch: off, and no card is offered anywhere. Your per-card choices are kept for when it comes back on.
• A shop with every card switched off now counts as off. With nothing left to sell, the game runs without LumiCoins or the card break, the settings screen shows the shop as off and says why, and enabling any one card brings it straight back.
• A card break with nothing to offer now says so. In a game left with only one rarity in play — a single Legendary, say — most rounds deal no card at all, and the break showed a titled, empty shop for five seconds with no explanation. It now says there is nothing to buy this round and to try the next one.
• The card shop and the old power-up deal can no longer both be open in one game. A game with the shop on accepted power-up purchases through the older route as well — at the old flat prices, past the hotbar and once-per-break limits, and with "All or nothing" free — so a student who knew the address could shop around the shop.
• A game's rules are now frozen once it starts. The host console only offered the rules panel in the lobby, but the game accepted any rule at any time — switching the economy off under players holding cards, or changing the clock mode mid-paper. After the first question only the safe knobs remain changeable: when results show, the reveal delay, the per-question time, late join, top-5 and answer review.
• The Phoenix Blessing respects the teacher's card list. Its free 50/50 was dealt even when the teacher had switched 50/50 off for that quiz.
• 50/50, Remove One and Hint Lens no longer burn on questions with nothing to hide. On a true/false or open-text question they had no wrong option to strike out or highlight, yet the card was spent. They are now refused with the card still in the tray, the way Question Swap already was.
• The card break no longer flickers, and it really does hold its five seconds. Between questions the screen could bounce shop → question → shop before settling, and the break often closed early, before there was time to pick a card. Two causes: the game was deciding "is the shop open?" from data that arrives and departs a beat out of step with the break itself, and a slow reply could overwrite a newer one. The five seconds now start when the cards are actually on screen, and the countdown shown is the one that closes the break.
• The first question of a live quiz is no longer skipped the moment it is answered. In a quiz played on one total clock, answering the first question jumped straight to the second: no right/wrong result held on screen, and no card break. The client was restoring the player's saved position — the mechanism that puts you back where you were after a reload — and it fired on the player's own first answer instead of only on a reload.
• The card tray no longer covers the last answer option. The hotbar is pinned to the bottom of the screen, and on several designs the page did not reserve room for it, so the bottom answer sat underneath it — on a phone the option could not be read or tapped.
• The card shop no longer locks itself for the rest of a self-paced game. In a quiz played on one total clock, buying a single card greyed out all three cards permanently: the shop was keyed to the host's question number, which never moves in that mode, so "already bought this round" stayed true from the first purchase to the podium. Players who spent their purchase on a permanent skill were left with a dead shop and nothing to activate for the rest of the run.
• The card you tap is now the card you get. In a quiz with no spare questions, the shop screen and the server dealt from slightly different decks, so a purchase could deliver a different card from the one on the button.
• Pausing a live quiz now actually pauses it. The pause button used to change only the host's own screen: students' countdowns kept running, answers were still accepted and the game moved on by itself. Now the whole room stops with the teacher — every student sees a "Lesson is paused" screen with their timer held, no answers or purchases go through, and on resume the clock picks up with exactly the seconds that were left. A paused game also stays open for a week instead of expiring the same day, so a lesson can be resumed days later.
• A live quiz hosted with gamification off now really is a plain graded round. It used to pay LumiCoins anyway, so players watched a coin balance climb beside their score and got a "+1 LumiCoin" chip on every reveal — a currency for a shop that game does not have. The wallet, the streak flame and the coin chip are gone from that mode; points and rank stay.
• The host console no longer runs a second, phantom countdown between questions. After the real 2-second reveal beat it started a 5-second "next question in…" clock over the standings — a screen that is now passed straight through in under half a second, so the number was counting down to nothing and the next question opened while it was still running. It says "moving on to the next question…" instead.
• The speed bonus is no longer promised by a game that does not award it. The banner over the question, and the confirmation under a fast answer ("locked in 3.1s — +10 Speed Bonus active, 60 if correct"), both appeared regardless of whether the modifier was switched on.
• The live-quiz lobby no longer misreports the clock. It used to open on "45 seconds per question" whatever the quiz was configured with — and write that 45 seconds over the real setting — so a quiz saved as a five-minute self-paced round quietly played as something else.
• Signing in with no internet connection no longer claims the password is wrong. When the sign-in request cannot reach the server at all, the page now says something went wrong and to try again, instead of telling people their password doesn't match and sending them off to reset a password that was correct.
• Exported PDF reports arrive with a proper filename again. A program whose name contains a quotation mark, a slash or a colon produced a download the browser refused to name, so the file landed as download with no extension and would not open by double-click. The report itself was always fine; now the name is too.
• After Check homework or Check now, opening the lesson's Homework block for the first time now shows the fresh verdicts straight away; it no longer says "Not checked yet" until the page is reloaded.
• The AI's one-line reason beside each homework verdict now explains the decision (what was sent, or what was missing) instead of repeating the student's message; a reason that merely echoes the message is replaced with a plain "Submitted a homework link" / "Ուղարկել է տնային աշխատանքի հղում".
• Switching a lesson's Telegram topic no longer loses the mapping when the save fails half-way. The card now claims the new topic before letting go of the old one, and if either step fails it re-reads what the server actually holds, so it never shows a topic as mapped that the server has dropped — and Check homework no longer offers a check that would fail for lack of a topic.
• Check homework no longer counts any link as a submission. A message like "here is my homework" followed by a bare google.com or youtube.com address was being marked as done; now the AI looks for an actual piece of work — an attached file, photo or recording, a link to a specific document, upload or repository, code, or a real written answer — and a "didn't do it", a question or a bare well-known address is marked not submitted, with the reason in the student's own language.
• Pages no longer download design code they do not use. Every page — the login screen most of all — was fetching the whole library of alternative designs before showing anything, several megabytes of it, and it happened on staging where the designs are switchable and on the released build where they are switched off entirely. Both are fixed: the released build carries none of that code at all, and on staging a page fetches a design only for the visitor who picked one, and only the one they picked. The login screen is back to the weight it had before the design library existed. A design you have chosen now appears a moment after the page instead of arriving with it.
• A design picked while signed out is now remembered. The choice reported itself as saved but was never stored, so it lasted only as long as the browser's own copy.
• The +5 seconds card now actually gives five seconds. It never did: the extra time existed only as a number the player's own timer used to draw its arc, so the countdown still hit zero at the same instant, the server still refused anything past the original deadline, and the host moved the class on regardless. Now the player who plays it may answer for five more seconds, the question stays on screen for them, and everyone else — who may not answer in that window — is told the wait grew and why. Several players on one question do not stack: the question waits five seconds, not five per card.
• The points shown when a live quiz answer is revealed now match what was actually scored, and explain where they came from. A correct answer used to read "+50 points (+50 for correct answer)" — the total printed twice, so it looked like two separate awards — and the figure was stuck at 50 no matter what really happened. It now shows the real total once; and when something lifted it above the base — a streak, the double points on the final questions, or a played card — a small row underneath names each part (base, streak ×1.1, ×2 final), so a big number like +110 is no longer a mystery.
• A program's Telegram group link now actually saves. The Program → Settings field wrote only to the teacher's own browser, so its promise — a group link for sending quizzes and links to students — reached neither the server nor a co-teacher nor a second device, and vanished when the cache was cleared, all while showing "saved". It is now stored with the program, shared by everyone who can see it and available to the server, the same way a lesson's Telegram link already is. (Requires the accompanying database migration.)
• The live quiz background theme is now personal to each participant. Picking a backdrop is a private, on-your-own-device choice, but host and player shared a single browser setting, so on one screen — a teacher previewing a student view, or the host and a player open in the same browser — whoever changed the theme last took over the other's background. Each role now keeps its own choice, saved only in that browser.
• Players no longer lag seconds behind the host, still looking at the previous question after the next one has started. Each player's screen refreshes once a second, and that refresh was loading every question in the quiz one at a time — so the refresh itself took longer the longer the quiz, and the screen fell further behind. It now loads them in a single request, and in a normal host-paced game only loads the question actually on screen. Self-paced quizzes and the Redemption round still get the whole set, because they need it.
• The "connection lost" warning on the player screen now actually appears when the live connection fails. It could never light up before, so a player whose realtime connection had dropped was left on the slow fallback with nothing on screen explaining why the game seemed frozen.
• Replaying a live quiz no longer leaves players unable to play their cards. Replay reset the scores, wallets, answers and cards but not the record of which question each player had already spent an effect on, so in the new run every question they had used a card on the time before silently refused — the card sat in the hotbar and tapping it did nothing. Replay now clears that record, and also resets the answer count, the best streak and any permanent skill or Golden Ticket the deleted cards had unlocked.
• A refused purchase or activation now says why — one card per question, the answer is already in, not enough LumiCoins, or the question has closed — instead of leaving the tap looking like a broken button.
• Buying and playing cards is noticeably quicker: the server was making its database lookups one after another where most of them do not depend on each other, and it no longer looks up swap questions at all unless the card being played is the one that swaps questions.
• The public survey page no longer risks near-white text on a white card for visitors in dark mode — it now locks to light chrome the same way the feedback page already does.
• In the "Ledger" feedback design, the response filters (all / comments / promoter / passive / detractor) are announced correctly by screen readers — they no longer read as tabs with nothing to switch to.
• Buying a card in a live quiz silently did nothing from the second question onwards. The purchase was being sent against the previous question and refused, so the card never arrived in the player's hand and no error was shown.
• Restarting a live quiz with the same players now really starts a fresh game. Scores and streaks were reset but coins and bought cards were not, so players began question one with a wallet and a hand carried over from the previous run.
• The question timer no longer flickers and disappears on the player's screen. A slow status refresh arriving out of order could roll the game back to the previous phase for a moment, taking the countdown with it.
• The countdown no longer jumps back up as it nears zero. Each refresh re-measured the clock against the server without allowing for how long the reply took to arrive, so one slow moment added seconds back onto the clock.
• The "create a quiz for these lessons" button on the roadmap success message now stays on screen long enough to press. It was disappearing while the lesson list was still re-rendering underneath it.
• Generating a roadmap from a program's documents now actually creates the lessons. Committing a reviewed roadmap failed every time with "Couldn't create the lessons", because the lessons were being saved with a state the database does not recognise; they are created as undated drafts instead.
• Live quiz cards are now clickable anywhere, not only on the title.
• Opening a live quiz no longer highlights "Pre-Post Quizzes" in the sidebar. A live quiz — and the screens for hosting and running a game — now keep the "Live" section highlighted, while before/after quizzes keep Pre-Post.
• Teachers with long evaluation histories no longer risk seeing "No evaluations yet" in the Evaluation overview and Evaluation History sections — very large evaluation records now load reliably, and when the evaluation service genuinely can't be reached those sections now say "couldn't load" instead of pretending the history is empty.
• The selected sort chip on the lesson list (teacher home and admin teacher view) and on the Teachers page toolbar now actually shows as selected — dark pill with light text — instead of looking identical to the unselected chips.
• The Live Quiz start button waits for players again: it stays disabled (with its "waiting for players" hint) until at least one participant is in the lobby, instead of being clickable immediately and doing nothing.
• The Live Quiz demo page's Host/Player view switcher works again — the new full-screen stage was covering the demo controls so they could not be clicked.
• When the calendar shows an empty state because of the filters, it now explains itself instead of just saying "Nothing matches these filters." It names the window you are looking at (a Week, a Month, a custom range) and gives you two one-click ways out — switch to Month for a wider view, or clear the filters — so a teacher whose lessons sit outside the default week or status filter is no longer left guessing why the calendar looks empty.
• Speech practice no longer gives confident coaching on a recording with no speech in it. A silent take, a muted or dead microphone, or a steady tone could be transcribed into a plausible-looking sentence and scored as if you had spoken — now the report recognises there was nothing to coach and asks you to check your mic and record again.
• Inviting someone who already uses LumiLearn now works. The invite page used to offer everyone a create-account form, so a person who already had an account was told to check their email and nothing ever arrived. Now the page recognizes them: signed in with the invited address, one click accepts and lands them in the new workspace; signed out, they sign in — with their password or Google — and join in the same step. Creating an account is only offered to addresses that don't have one.
• Speech practice reports for pasted-text sessions no longer show a bogus "0:00" duration. With no recording there is nothing to time, so the duration now says "— needs audio", matching the words-per-minute card.
• The calendar now speaks your language everywhere: the "failed to load" message, the clear-date-range control, the unscheduled-lessons panel, the timeline's lesson and program detail cards, and the status board all follow the selected language instead of staying in English.
• The Activity Log now shows a proper translated description for every action — API keys, invitations, tags, question bank, team membership and QR changes included — instead of raw codes like "api_key.created", and old entries written before the product's rename no longer show the retired "cohort" wording.
• Importing lessons from a JSON file now actually creates the lessons. The import was sending every row to an address the server didn't have, so nothing was ever created — and a row that fails now says which lesson failed and why, instead of disappearing into a bare count.
• The Create Lesson dialog no longer vanishes mid-typing on slow connections. Creating a lesson and immediately reopening the dialog could have the first lesson's late-arriving page update close the open form and lose what you had typed; the update now waits until the dialog is closed.
• Partner reports are now accurate for large programs. When a program had collected more than a thousand feedback responses, the report's NPS, response count and quiz count were silently computed from only the first thousand rows; every response and quiz is now included.
• The Slack reports-channel picker now says when the workspace has more channels than it can list, instead of silently showing a shortened list.
• Saving or publishing a quiz now takes you to that quiz. It used to drop you on the lesson's page — on its Feedback & Surveys section, with the quiz you just built nowhere in sight.
• Choosing what kind of quiz to build is now its own step. The builder runs Kind → Setup → Questions → Review, and the kind you picked is shown at the top of Setup with a Change button if you want to go back. Coming from the Quizzes page, the tab you were on already answers it, so you go straight to Setup with the step marked done — the kind step only appears when nothing chose for you, such as a bookmarked link.
• The quiz builder now asks what you are creating first, and then only asks what that kind of quiz actually needs. A live quiz no longer offers "before / after / both" phase links or the "All on one page vs question by question" choice — neither means anything for a quiz the host paces by PIN — and the tip beside the form explains how live scoring works instead of describing pre-post.
• Creating a quiz from the Real-Time tab now starts a live quiz. Both tabs shared one New quiz button that always opened a before-and-after draft, so a live quiz meant noticing the run-mode toggle partway through the wizard. Each tab now has its own create button — New quiz on Pre-Post, New live quiz on Real-Time — and the empty Real-Time list offers the same live action.
• Opening a live quiz no longer shows it as a before-and-after test. It used to open the same page as any other quiz, offering PRE-TEST and POST-TEST share links for a quiz that has neither phase — and the Real-Time tab listed every quiz in the workspace, not just the live ones.
• The buttons on a quiz page are in a sensible order. Seven equal-sized buttons — including a red Delete — used to sit side by side with nothing marked as the thing to do; now there is one main action for the quiz's mode, Edit beside it, and everything else behind a "…" menu.
• The quiz list no longer scrolls sideways. It used to carry ten columns, so reading a quiz meant dragging the table left and right.
• The Quizzes page no longer flashes the wrong section on load when you had previously switched to Real-Time quizzes or Analytics.
• The four tabs on a program page (Lessons, Insights, Feedback questions, Settings) no longer run together into one line of text. In Armenian and Russian the labels are long enough to touch, and the strip behind them was nearly invisible; each tab now has an icon, real spacing, and an active state that is clearly visible in both light and dark themes.
• Program banners look right again on the program page. Two of the ready-made photo banners had gone dead and showed nothing, the buttons sitting on top of the banner rendered as black boxes, and a light banner got white text it could not carry. Banner artwork now also fills its frame everywhere it is shown — the settings preview and the picker swatches used to show a random tiled crop.
• A dark banner no longer swallows the text on the public feedback page and in the Q&A room, which put dark text straight onto the artwork.

Changed

• Homework counts now read against the whole group, not just the people who have posted. LumiLearn asks Telegram how many members the group has (minus the bot) and keeps it fresh — when the bot joins, on every open of the Integrations card after five minutes, and on Refresh. The lesson block, its header chip, the program's Homework tab and the Integrations tally all say "1 of 7 submitted · 6 never posted"; the Students tile on the program tab shows the member total and how many never posted; and the group card in Integrations shows the member count. When Telegram has not reported a size, nothing is guessed — the old "of judged" wording stays.
• The lesson's homework block now says "N messages seen", and "(M deleted)" when some of them have since been removed in Telegram.
• A live quiz question now always runs its full time, even once everyone has answered. It used to be cut short a second after the last answer landed, so in a small class the question ended almost the moment it began and the clock vanished off the projector. Teachers can still end a question early with Skip.
• The gap between two questions is now about two seconds instead of nine. The separate standings screen that sat between every pair of questions is gone — the teacher already has the live standings on screen throughout — and the countdown on the reveal now says how long until the next question instead of promising a results screen.
• The card shop in live quizzes has moved off the question screen. Questions are now just questions; the shop opens as its own short break between rounds — after every second question in a short quiz, less often in a long one, and never after the last — where each player sees their coins and a fresh hand of three cards for ten seconds before the next question starts on its own. Cards already held can still be played from the hotbar during a question.
• The host screen no longer miscounts the questions in a live game. It showed every question in the quiz — including the open-text ones a live game cannot score — so a run with four gradeable questions read "1 of 6" on the projector and never reached six. It now shows the same count the students do.
• The talking-head video dialog is now a guided three-step composer — Narration, Presenter, Voice — with a step bar across the top, length/style/language grouped into one compact strip, and a live word counter under the narration box that shows how many words the chosen clip length buys and roughly how long what you have written will run. Presenters are picked from a grid of cards and voices from a list of named rows instead of two dropdowns, speed, pitch, engine and stability fold into one "Advanced voice settings" panel, and the footer keeps a running summary of your choices next to the render button.
• The live settings tab now lists the whole card catalogue — all thirteen cards grouped by rarity, with each tier's real price for this quiz — instead of the seven it was still showing at prices that no longer applied. Card prices scale with quiz length, so a shorter quiz shows higher numbers.
• Switching a card off in the live settings now actually removes it from the game: it will not appear in the LumiCoin shop, and it will not appear in the no-shop power-up deal either. Previously these tick boxes had no effect on the shop at all.
• Teacher pages now score each teacher on their own NPS answers, including lessons they co-taught.
• The Live section now opens straight on the list of quizzes. The large "Host live interactive quizzes" banner that filled the top of the screen is gone; its three-step explainer and the interactive demo now sit behind a compact "How it works" button in the header, next to the tutorial video.
• Live quiz cards were rebuilt around what a teacher needs before hosting: the quiz's state (Draft / Open / Closed, with a pulsing dot while a session is actually running) sits above the name, the program it belongs to underneath, then the six-digit join code — hidden behind a show/hide toggle, since this list gets opened on classroom projectors — with a one-click copy of the join link.
• The Live list can now be filtered by category and by status, alongside the existing search and program filter. Searching also matches a join code, so a code read off the projector finds its quiz.
• The sidebar is now grouped into labelled sections — Overview, Teaching (Programs, Calendar, Lessons), Assessment (Quizzes, Live, Reports), Operations (Teachers, Integrations), plus Library and Settings — instead of one nine-item "Navigate" list. Collapsed, the groups are separated by thin dividers.
• Real-time (live) quizzes now have their own "Live" section in the main navigation. The old "Quizzes / Surveys" section is renamed "Pre-Post quizzes" and covers before/after assessments only — its Real-Time tab redirects to the new section, so hosting a live game and building a pre/post assessment no longer share a screen or a name.
• The "Active programs" tile on the teacher dashboard is now "Programs taught" — in English, Armenian and Russian — so it reads as what it counts.
• "Active Lessons" is now "Lessons held", and "Total Responses" left the headline row — the count now rides beside the response rate under the NPS number, so the hero numbers are ones a teacher can act on.
• The back button on a teacher's profile now returns to wherever you came from (falling back to the teachers list) instead of always jumping to the list — and never lands on a retired page address.
• Archived programs no longer show up in a teacher profile's program badges or its assignment dropdown.
• Lesson videos can now be as short as 10 seconds — the length choice is 10, 20 or 30 seconds, one minute or two — and two minutes is the new maximum. Very short clips drop the greeting and the wrap-up so they say one thing and stop.

Fixed

• The Privacy Policy and Terms pages no longer demand a sign-in. Every route is private unless it is listed as public, and these two were missed, so visitors — including the Google reviewers who check them before approving Google sign-in — were bounced to the login screen.

Added

• A public Privacy Policy at /privacy and Terms of Service at /terms, linked from the pricing page footer. They set out what Usumi collects, which providers process it, how long it is kept and how to request access or deletion — and they are the pages the Google sign-in consent screen points visitors to.

Fixed

• Armenian text now displays correctly on every device. The site's typefaces carried Latin letters only, so Armenian words fell back to whatever font the reader's own phone or computer had installed — on devices without an Armenian font, quizzes and lessons appeared as empty boxes or unreadable characters. An Armenian typeface now ships with the site.

• Live Quiz: run any quiz as a live game for the whole room at once. The host opens a lobby with a giant join code and QR; participants join from any device with just a name and an avatar — no account needed — and answer timed questions together. Faster correct answers and streaks earn more points, the host screen shows a live leaderboard with class accuracy while the game runs, the top three land on a podium, and a full report (per-question results for every participant, question review) appears when it ends. Try it without a game at /demo/live-quiz. Live Quiz ships as a beta — the teacher's screens carry a Beta badge while it matures.
• Duplicate any quiz — pre/post evaluation included — from the quiz list, a lesson's Quizzes tab, or the quiz page. The copy appears as a draft with every question and setting carried over and fresh share links, and you choose which lesson it attaches to (default: the same lesson); collected responses stay with the original. "Copy and edit" opens the duplicate straight in the editor, which can also save whatever you are editing as a new copy.
• Administrators and teachers can add a feedback response by hand on a lesson's Feedback tab — for feedback given out loud or on paper. Enter the 0–10 score, optionally answer the lesson's survey questions and name the respondent, and it counts in the NPS, the question percentages and the export like any other response. Works after the lesson has closed.
• Administrators can remove a feedback response — a rehearsal submission, a duplicate — from the dashboard or the teacher feedback view. The response disappears from every list and stops counting toward NPS and the AI analysis, but it is archived rather than erased, so nothing is lost from the record.
• LumiSpeech now has its own address: speech.lumiverse.global lands visitors directly on the speech evaluation product.
• Program banners: pick one of eight ready-made banners in program settings instead of having to find and upload a photo, and reset back to the automatic one at any time. Programs with no banner set now show an automatically chosen one on the program page, the public feedback page and the Q&A room, instead of a blank strip.
• Lesson videos: generate an AI-presenter video for any lesson — a talking-head explainer or a narrated slide presentation — drafted from the lesson's own presentation and transcription, editable before rendering, with automatic captions.
• Import an existing .pptx deck as the starting point for a lesson presentation video, speaker notes becoming the narration.
• Learners can watch published lesson videos directly on the lesson page.
• Generate a program roadmap from attached documents: Lumis reads the PDFs and decks on a program and drafts a set of lessons — each with a full written lesson body — that you can edit, reorder and trim before creating them as drafts.

• Transcription can now be given a language hint through the public API, with a raw-prompt option for callers who want full control. • The API reference now documents how to transcribe long recordings, the actual size a recording can be, and the Google Drive route that sends a file straight from Drive to the transcriber without it ever passing through a browser.

• Raised the upload limit on lecture recordings from 500 MB to 5 GiB. The old number was invented in the browser and turned away recordings the transcriber handles fine; 5 GiB is the transcriber's own limit, so what the app promises and what the service accepts are now the same number, and a full-length lecture fits without being compressed or split. Large files get a note pointing at the faster Google Drive route instead of being blocked.
• When a recording can't be transcribed properly, the lesson now says why — for example that only part of the audio could be made out — instead of a bare "transcription failed". A transcript that came back with gaps is reported as partial, so nobody reads an evaluation of half a lesson as if it covered the whole thing.

Fixed

• The lesson page is usable on a phone again. On any screen narrower than a laptop, the section pills took the full width and pushed the section content off the right edge, so Feedback & Surveys, Analytics, Details and Q&A all opened onto blank space.
• Regenerating a lesson's QR code now updates it everywhere on the page at once. Previously the Overview and Feedback tabs could keep showing — and printing — a code the server had already retired, so students scanned a dead link and only recreating the lesson fixed it.
• Multi-teacher lessons ask participants to rate each teacher again, and those answers now save. The per-teacher questions had stopped appearing at all, and would have been rejected on submit if they had.
• A participant who was still filling in the form when the teacher closed the lesson can now finish and send it. If the survey really is closed, the message says so instead of a generic error.
• The feedback form no longer looks ready to send while its security check is still pending: the button waits, with a line of text explaining why, instead of doing nothing when tapped. Expired checks refresh themselves, and an expired one now says so.
• A feedback link that fails to load because of a server problem now says something went wrong, instead of telling the student the link does not exist.
• Participant comments beyond the first are no longer invisible: when a survey has several open-text questions, every comment now appears — with its question — on feedback cards, the lesson's response list, the teacher's feedback view and the Excel export. Previously only the first comment showed anywhere.
• Switching the interface language now updates the whole page at once — lesson headers and dates no longer stay in the previously selected language.
• Lesson pages: the section menu now follows you as you scroll, so the left side of long sections (feedback, responses) is no longer a tall empty column, and the section title stays visible at the top.
• Recording playback now recovers on its own if a playback link goes stale, instead of showing a silent, broken player.
• The roadmap generator now shows how many runs are left this month. The line was never appearing, so there was no way to see the allowance before spending it.

• The AI teacher evaluation can now be driven entirely through the public API: upload a lecture recording, get it transcribed, run the full analysis and fetch the results — the same pipeline the dashboard uses, now open to agents and automations. A ready transcript can also be submitted directly as text. The API reference documents the whole flow.

• The public API can now update a lesson's materials and logistics — recording video URL, presentation URL, Telegram group link, Zoom meeting details, duration, price and attendance counters — matching what was already editable in the dashboard. The API reference documents the new fields.

• Every tutorial video has been re-recorded against the product as it is today, and the written walkthrough under each one now matches — in English, Armenian and Russian. Two tutorials that had been hidden since July, because they showed screens the product no longer has, are back.

• The upvote button in a live Q&A room works again. Votes on questions and on replies were being rejected by the server, so the count sprang back to where it started; they now save and un-vote properly.
• Opening the changelog from the sidebar no longer hides your navigation — it now opens inside the app, with the sidebar still there. The public changelog page is unchanged.
• "Try it yourself" no longer throws you off the page you are on. Starting a guide from inside a quiz, lesson, program or teacher now opens it right there instead of bouncing you back to the list. When you start one from somewhere else, the list page tells you to pick a row and the guide opens on whichever one you choose.

• Click any participant in a quiz's Per user table to open their full breakdown — every question with what they got right before and after, the change for each, and the same rolled up per lesson. Participants who haven't sat the post quiz yet are shown as "not retested yet", not as a loss.
• The post-quiz email is now a full report instead of one sentence: your before and after scores as bars, how each lesson moved, and every question with what changed — in Armenian or English, and readable even when a mail client strips the styling. Learners who only took one of the two quizzes still get the short confirmation, never a made-up zero.
• After the post quiz, learners now see what they actually learned: how each lesson moved from before to after, an optional question-by-question list, and one clear pointer to the lesson still worth reviewing. Correct answers are never shown, and a lesson you haven't been retested on reads as "not retested yet" rather than a loss.
• "Share my growth" now produces a real image — a downloadable card with the quiz name, your growth number and score, in Lumis colours — alongside the existing share text.
• Quiz analytics now has a Per-lesson movement card showing how many participants improved, stayed the same or slipped on each lesson — always alongside how many of them have actually been retested, so a partial cohort never reads as a bad result.

• The per-skill pill cluster is gone from each Per user row; that detail now lives in the participant breakdown, where it can be read properly.

• A quiz's open tab now stays open after a refresh and can be shared as a link — reloading on Analytics no longer throws you back to Overview.
• The results screen no longer treats an unscored before-quiz as a score of zero. A learner whose earlier attempt was never graded used to see "Before 0%" and a green growth celebration built on a number nobody scored; the before-quiz now simply reads as missing.

• Test Health now keeps a permanent record of every individual test: when it last ran, on which commit, how long it took, and what the error said — history that survives restarts and deploys instead of resetting.
• Watch a test happen: passing and failing browser tests can be recorded and replayed from the dashboard, so you can see with your own eyes what a test actually checks.

Tag rules match lessons through their parent program, and picking several tags in one rule widens the results.

Relational and aggregate rules are safely completed over the background-loaded result set. The list still opens on the same default — archived lessons hidden — now shown as a condition you can see and remove.
• The calendar's Database view is now a database of programs, not lessons. Each program is one row showing its tags, colour, status, teachers, lesson count, date range and totals; clicking the chevron opens it in place to list its lessons as indented sub-rows on the same columns, the way sub-items work in Notion. Rows start collapsed and remember what you opened for the rest of your session. Searching still matches both programs and lessons, and a program automatically opens when one of its lessons matches. A program with no lessons says so when opened.

Fixed

• Choosing tags and teachers no longer means scrolling past a wall of them. Both pickers — when creating a program, in program settings, and when assigning teachers to a lesson — are now a single compact field you open to search by name, with the ones you have picked shown as removable chips and a running count. You can drive it entirely from the keyboard, and it tells you when nothing matches instead of showing an empty box. Typing a brand-new tag name still creates it on the spot.
• Slack lesson reminders were broken by the lesson rename. The reminder settings on the Integrations page failed to load with an error, and — more quietly — the scheduled reminders that notify a lesson's teachers had stopped going out at all. Requires the accompanying database update to take effect.
• The AI teacher evaluation panel was unusable: its action button read "Eval Button Evaluate", the results heading read "Eval Results Title", and every analyzer and rating showed placeholder text instead of its name — so there was no way to tell what the feature was doing. The evaluation itself had been running correctly the whole time. All of its wording now reads properly in English, Armenian and Russian.
• A batch of labels across quizzes, programs, lessons, Q&A settings, reports, team settings and the integration guides was showing raw placeholder text like "Quiz Pre Post Title" or "Team Remove Member Btn" instead of real wording — in English as well as Armenian and Russian. The pre/post assessment section in particular had lost its name, which is why it was hard to find. All of these now read properly, and Armenian and Russian are translated rather than falling back to English.
• "Try it yourself" in the tutorial directory did nothing for almost every tutorial. Picking a topic sent you to the right page but the step-by-step guide never appeared. It now opens on the page it takes you to.
• The tutorial directory was still offering two walkthroughs that had been retired because the screens they show no longer exist, so watching one demonstrated a version of the product you could not follow. They are now hidden until they are re-recorded.
• Teachers opening a program from the calendar's Database view were bounced back to their home page instead of landing on the program. They now go to their own program page.
• A program the search opened for you can now be closed again with its chevron, and closing it no longer leaves it open once you clear the search.

Added

• AI Insights on demand. From the analytics screen you can now ask for a single AI report over many lessons at once — either your whole workspace or just what the filters show (tags, dates, program, teacher). It reads feedback, live Q&A, pre/post assessments, surveys and past patterns together, and answers with the questions learners keep asking, what they feel and whether that is rising or falling, how scores moved, what to do next, and — when you pick two or more tags — a side-by-side comparison of them. It also says plainly which sources had thin or no data. Included on Team and above, with a monthly run allowance shown next to the button.
• The analytics filters now include tags: pick as many as you like and every metric, chart, comment and AI report narrows to programs carrying any of them.
• Programs now carry tags instead of a single fixed "Squad". Pick as many as you like when creating a program, and a tag you type once is saved for the whole workspace — it is still there after a reload and offered on every other program. Tags show on the programs list and cards, are searchable, and replace the Partner filter on the calendar. Picking a tag no longer changes the program's colour.
• The Notion import preview now groups lessons under the program they will join, tags programs that don't exist in Lumis yet as new, shows each lesson's number, and lets you tick a whole program at once — so you can see exactly which program a lesson lands in before importing it.
• The Notion import now shows a real progress bar that fills as rows come in ("Importing… 49% · 283 of 573 rows"), using the count from the preview, so a large import reads as nearly-done instead of possibly-frozen.
• Notion import is now preview-first and row-by-row: the connector's main button reads Preview, shows every row that would change with a checkbox each (nothing ticked by default), and imports only the rows you select — so you can bring in just one lesson instead of the whole database.
• Short "Watch how" walkthrough videos — 27 of them, covering every main screen in the admin and teacher areas. Each one opens in a player that remembers where you stopped and what you have already finished, on any device you sign in from, and lists the steps it shows in writing underneath.
• Public pricing page at /pricing: four plans (Starter, Team, School, Institution) with monthly/annual billing toggle, included AI lesson-evaluation volume with per-lesson overage rates, plan comparison table, and FAQ. Accessible without signing in.

• "Cohort" is gone from the product. Every screen, button, toast, column header, export and AI-written sentence now says lesson, and grouping or comparing lessons is done with tags. Nothing you have created moved or changed — only the words. The public API gained matching /lessons endpoints; the old /cohorts ones keep working for anything already wired up.
• The word is now gone from underneath the product too. Everything Lumis stores about a lesson is filed under that name, so exports, the API and the activity log all speak one vocabulary. Your data is untouched, anything already integrated with the API keeps working under both the old and the new field names, and the activity log still reads correctly for everything that happened before today.
• Signing in is one screen again: email and password together, with Google above them. If a sign-in fails, Lumis now says why — that the account uses Google and has no password, that no account exists for that address, or simply that the password is wrong — instead of making everyone go through an extra step first.
• Pages across Lumis now appear almost immediately instead of after a blank wait. A teacher's profile, the quiz, program and lesson screens, and the teacher calendar all load several times faster.
• The evaluation charts and history on a teacher's profile now fill in on their own while the rest of the page is already usable, rather than holding the whole page back.
• Moving between screens no longer re-downloads data that was just fetched.
• The lessons and programs lists now show the first 50 straight away and quietly load the rest in the background, so they open in well under a second instead of several. Search, filters and sorting still cover every lesson and program, and the footer says when the rest is still arriving.
• The Notion import preview now explains what a conflict is — which rows were edited on both sides since the last sync, and which edit wins — instead of showing a bare count.
• The programs-and-lessons step of the Notion setup now spells out the rule and shows a live preview of the resulting structure, so picking the wrong end of the parent/sub-item link is visible immediately instead of quietly inverting the whole import.
• The Import on/off control on the Notion panel now looks like the button it is — a play/pause icon and a tooltip saying what pressing it does — instead of blending in with the read-only status chips next to it.
• While a Notion import is running, the panel now shows a live timer and a note that large databases import in chunks, so a long sync no longer looks stuck.
• The Programs screen no longer shows a "Cohorts" count next to "Lessons" — the two were always the same number. The cohort filter and the "Most cohorts" sort are now "Lessons" and "Most lessons".
• The calendar and Gantt chart now show the same programs as the Programs list: every program in your workspace, not only the ones you personally created, and archived programs are left out.

Removed

• The Curriculum tab on a program has been removed. It was a sketch pad that never saved anything — real lessons live under the program's Lessons tab.
• Creating a program is now one short screen instead of a four-step wizard. The Audience and Evaluation steps are gone: format and size belong to a lesson and are asked for when you schedule one, evaluation always measures every dimension and needs no set-up, and the NPS-cadence and AI-coaching choices were never connected to anything.
• Quiz screens no longer show "Soon" placeholders — the empty More participant settings card, the Send to lesson roster panel, and the permanently greyed-out Matching question type are gone.
• The per-question explanation box in the quiz builder has been removed; it was never saved and participants never saw it.
• The learner home and quiz results no longer promise features that don't exist yet.

• Partner Report now generates. It previously failed for everyone with a "could not load lessons" error, and teammates who did not personally create the program got "Forbidden". Any administrator or teacher in the program's workspace can now generate it.
• A teacher's lesson page now shows the questions students asked. Every lesson previously read "No questions were asked in this lesson," even when there were questions.
• The calendar opens showing only currently-open lessons again. Closed, upcoming and analyzed lessons had started appearing on first load; they are hidden until you add them back via the Status filter.
• If you belong to more than one academy, teacher pickers now list only the academy you are currently in. They used to merge both academies' teachers into one list, and picking someone from the other one made "Create lesson" fail silently.
• Twelve Lumiverse lessons that had been rescheduled or renamed in the Edu Calendar after import now show their current date and title. Lessons whose calendar entry no longer exists are untouched and keep their feedback scores.
• When creating a lesson, clicking the tick box next to a teacher's name now actually selects them. Previously only the name itself responded, so the most obvious place to click did nothing and the Create Lesson button stayed greyed out for no visible reason.
• The quiz display-mode setting no longer claims it isn't live. It has been saving and working all along.
• NPS now means one thing everywhere. Three different numbers were being shown under the same "NPS" label — the real Net Promoter Score, the plain average of the 0–10 answers, and an older 0–100 score imported from the Notion calendar — so the calendar coloured healthy lessons red, sorted the NPS column by a number it wasn't showing, and disagreed with the lessons list about the same lesson. Every screen now shows the real Net Promoter Score from student feedback, with the imported score used only where no feedback exists and clearly marked as imported.
• Lessons whose NPS comes from in-app feedback now show a score on the calendar's status board. Previously only lessons carrying an old imported value showed one, and everything else looked blank.
• The lesson quick-view panel now shows the real NPS and average rating instead of two permanent dashes.
• The Edu Calendar import no longer loses or overwrites data: multi-page program structures are read completely before anything imports, standalone events import once, every unambiguous existing teacher is kept in order, late satisfaction scores fill only blank lessons, schedule/title changes reconcile without resetting local lesson times, and unknown teachers or conflicting saved values are reported for a human decision. If a source exceeds the safe one-pass limit, Lumis now stops once without applying changes and tells the administrator to narrow the source instead of retrying the same read.
• "Class" is gone from the product, in every language. It never was a real thing in Lumis — only programs and lessons are — but the word had crept back into Slack reminder text, the reminder settings panel, feedback and survey pages, the AI feedback analysis, quiz and question-bank screens, program settings, exports, the Notion field mapper, in-app tutorials, and the pricing page, in English, Armenian and Russian. Every one of those now correctly says "program" or "lesson," matching what the screen is actually about.
• The colour-theme picker no longer squeezes the colour dot when a theme is selected, and the tick mark now shows for every theme (Watermelon previously had none). Theme names stay on one line.
• The Slack recipient picker now tells you when Slack is busy and when your workspace has more people than it can list, instead of showing a generic failure or a silently shortened list. If reading your Slack connection fails, you no longer get told to connect Slack when it is already connected.
• The teacher calendar's day panel now names the day you actually clicked; it previously showed the day before for teachers outside UTC.
• The "Completed" filter on a program's lesson list now returns every lesson marked Completed, instead of hiding ones that already finished but were never closed.
